Happiness department is the soul of the Organization because it fosters positive relationships between stakeholders and internal staffs within the organization. The department works in two division, THE ORGANIZATION & THE STAKEHOLDERS RELATIONSHIP BUILDING. Under the organization, Happiness department focuses on the physical well-being of staffs and coaches by creating a conducive environment to work in. It also focuses on their emotional well-being that aims at creating a good atmosphere for all staffs while Intellectual well-being deals with strengthening capacity building to individuals in their area of delivery.
