Leadership and mentorship program aims at raising awareness on issues affecting girls and women in their communities, country and world at large, it also builds Leadership skills and personal development through leadership trainings, life skills/gender trainings, mini-coaches training and girls parliament just to mention but a few. Leadership and Mentorship program also has activities that enable education and career pathways, body autonomy and sexual reproductive health and rights. All these activities are channelled towards achieving a society in which girls hold the power to thrive and be change agents.
